creative meadow: art as restoration
Explore artmaking as a way to process experiences, release stress, and reconnect with creativity ā together. Guided exercises in drawing, painting, and mixed media encourage self-expression while building empathy and shared understanding within the group. No artistic skill is needed ā the focus is on curiosity, restoration, and forming meaningful connections.
dance ground: movement as renewal
Through movement, rhythm, and mindful exercises, participants reconnect with their bodies and each other. Simple practices from dance and somatics help release tension, cultivate joy, and strengthen peer support. No experience required ā just a willingness to move and connect at your own pace.
holding the frontline: bespoke 6-week programme
A six-month programme for teams and organisations supporting refugees, asylum seekers, and other frontline communities. Participants cycle through reflective, creative, and embodied workshops that nurture wellbeing, empathy, and collective care:
- Opening Circle: setting intentions and building connection
- Creative Field: art as restoration
- Dance Ground: movement as renewal
- Fallow Field: reflective/therapeutic space
- Creative + Dance Fusion: integrating art and movement
- Closing Circle: collective reflection and planning ongoing support
